We are looking for a technical, motivated and dynamic profile who wants to grow in a rapidly evolving business context. You will work with experienced engineers in a constant process of learning and technological innovation across all our applications.
You will take responsibility for implementing changes to digital products already on the market, handle issue triage and resolution, and support the customer / event team with a strong desire to learn and experiment.
This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan (Italy), with a very flexible smart‑working policy.
Role Responsibilities

Work primarily on the frontend stack but also collaborate on a backend application (.NET / C#).
Implement full‑stack flows: from design through the full tech stack end‑to‑end.
Develop and maintain component‑based web architecture.
Participate in issue triage, resolution, and continuous improvement of digital products.

Key Qualifications

At least one MVVM / MVC framework among Vue.js, React.js, Angular, Svelte.
Strong knowledge of component web architecture.
Basic backend knowledge: REST API design, relational databases, data modeling (ER diagrams), HTTP principles (nice to have).
C# and .NET Core (nice to have).
Nuxt, Next, Webpack, web components, and Babel (nice to have).
UI/UX design skills (nice to have).
Strong team‑working attitude.
5 years of experience in the listed technologies.
Degree in computer engineering or similar (nice to have).
Languages: Italian (mother tongue) – English (B2).
