Job Description
As a Java developer, you will play a key role in designing, building and maintaining robust back‑end solutions using Java and Rust, while leveraging Agile practices to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain back‑end components for client applications using Java and Rust
Apply Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Collaborate closely with front‑end developers, architects and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing and integration activities to ensure software quality and reliability
Contribute to the optimization and scalability of existing systems

Qualifications

3‑6 years of back‑end development experience with proven expertise in Java and Rust
Native Italian speaker is required; professional proficiency in English is a plus
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and back‑end development tools
Excellent teamwork, adaptability and communication skills; availability to work onsite in a collaborative environment
