We are looking for a Tech Leader with experience and a desire to take on new challenges to help expand our technical team. The ideal candidate is someone capable of demonstrating leadership in both Software Development and AI Engineering.

Ideal candidate requirements :

Passionate about robust architectures and clean code design, combining deep technical expertise with an analytical mindset focused on solving complex problems.
Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, with particular attention to security, efficiency, and code maintainability.
Proficient in using various frameworks and technologies, including Spring Boot, SQL / NoSQL databases, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Accustomed to actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure both quality and rapid delivery.
Motivated by continuous improvement and the adoption of development best practices (CI / CD, automated testing, code review).
