Overview
We’re looking for a Software & Automation Specialist to support hospital customers remotely and install/configure solutions onsite, combining problem-solving with hands‑on implementation to drive impact in healthcare and advance human health through science. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology in a mission‑critical environment while directly contributing to better patient outcomes.
Your Tasks

System & Software Management – Resolve technical issues (e.g., server setups, SQL/DB configurations, permissions, and network access) to ensure reliable, compliant, and high‑performing systems for customers.
Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform technical interventions on diagnostic instruments and optimize solutions to keep critical healthcare equipment running smoothly.
Customer Training & Enablement – Deliver clear, effective training so users can confidently operate the software, maximizing adoption and reducing downtime.
Customer Service & Relationship Building – Provide responsive support and proactive communication to build trust and long‑term partnerships with clients.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing – Work closely with colleagues across the business to align strategies, share expertise, and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Key Conditions

Frequent travel within the country, with occasional visits to HQ in Germany.
A valid driving licence is essential for nationwide travel.
A good level of English, both written and spoken, is required to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.

You Bring

A diploma or degree in a relevant technical field (IT, Software Development, Software Engineering, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems in both server and desktop environments (mandatory).
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including creating and managing data, queries, and stored procedures (strongly preferred).
At least an intermediate level of English (B2) in both oral and written communication.
