This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, aimed at building brand awareness and trust through social media.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media and influencer strategies aligned with our brand positioning and marketing goals.Create original content and schedule posts to increase account visibility and engagement.Monitor and analyze social media performance data to optimize content and strategies continually.Source and develop influencer networks; work closely and innovatively with influencers to support brand and business growth.Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.Manage community interactions effectively.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing, and platform mechanisms on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on insights.A proactive, results-oriented approach capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Agency experience is also welcomed.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Italian and English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
