Social Media Manager
Develops and implements the company’s social communication strategy, adapting it to each platform’s characteristics, strengths, and user base. The main goal is to enhance brand awareness on social channels and maximize user engagement with our brand products and services.
Main activities :

Develop the communication strategy and brand positioning in collaboration with the Marketing and Digital Sales teams.
Manage the editorial calendar for each social platform (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and create content (text and graphics) aligned with brand values and guidelines.
Collaborate with the Content Specialist to design key textual and visual communication assets.
Increase followers and engagement through targeted posts and campaigns.
Identify new channels and implement a social-oriented strategy based on strategic guidance from the Marketing Manager.
Manage the social community, enhancing user interaction and satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Proactivity and initiative.
Responsibility and accountability.
Proficiency in English (B1 level).
Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite are preferred.
Experience in the editorial or psychological sector is a plus.
Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with social media tools and strategies.
