In 2021, QVC International served 4.7 million customers with over 7,000 team members across Germany, Japan, Italy, Poland, and China.Your ImpactReporting to the Social Media & Community Manager, you will manage the brand identity across all social platforms (Facebook, Facebook Group, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and help develop the organization’s community strategy to convert audiences into customers and advocates. You will engage with social media and community audiences to promote QVC, campaigns, promos, and events, creating compelling content and an editorial calendar.As a Social Media & Community Specialist, you will:Manage brand identity across social platforms, collaborating with content and influencer teams.Implement social media strategies to build awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.Coordinate customer service strategies on social media, working with Customer Service teams.Develop multi-platform content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.Execute cross-channel social marketing plans.Establish and manage community platforms, including social media groups and ambassador programs.Implement initiatives to grow revenue, traffic, and engagement.Collaborate with Talent and MSE teams, providing best practices and guidelines.Manage user-generated content and monitor brand and influencer conversations using social listening tools.Build and manage content calendars, create and approve social media content, and coordinate promotions.Moderate user content according to policies.Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement strategies.What you bringDegree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or agency.Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Adobe Express).Proficiency with social insight tools (Sprinklr, Meta Insights, etc.).Strong storytelling skills and creativity.Positive attitude, adaptable to fast-paced environments.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Knowledge of web and social trends, content management systems.Experience managing successful campaigns for traffic, retention, and sales.Fluent in Italian and English.Optional: Portfolio attachment is appreciated.#LI-NM4 #LI-Hybrid INDITShare with your networkQurate Retail Group is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
