Responsibilities

Monitor alerts, logs, and telemetry on SIEM platforms and monitoring tools.
Conduct initial event analysis and classify notifications according to severity and context.
Coordinate escalation and communication with the external SOC and the internal IT/Security team.
Follow playbooks and incident response procedures; contribute to their updates.
Document cases, timelines, and remediation steps in a clear and reproducible manner.
Participate in practical exercises (labs, internal CTFs, IR drills) and operational improvement projects.

Problem‑solving attitude: analyze, formulate hypotheses, and verify.
Technical curiosity and desire to learn concretely, not just theoretically.
Teamwork and strong communication skills (clarity in escalations).
Precision and responsibility in managing repetitive tasks and documentation.
Structured approach following procedures and feedback.

Preferred Requirements

Personal or project experience (labs, CTFs, self‑training) in IT/security.
Basic knowledge of SIEM, networking, or elementary scripting (bash, Python).
Entry‑level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or similar).
