OverviewSite Technical Supervisor (m/f) – Site ManagerHeadquarters: Bolzano, ItalyProject Sites: Italy, Europe & WorldwideHafner Energy from Waste Srl, based in Bolzano, is a company with many years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the thermal treatment and energy recovery from waste.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Technical Supervisor (m/f) to oversee complex construction and installation projects.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise on-site activities, coordinating personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Monitor work progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and the design team.Maintain and update site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and work orders.Provide technical support to site staff and resolve operational challenges during project execution.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in construction site management in the civil or industrial plant engineering sector.Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.Solid knowledge of technical standards, procurement procedures, and health & safety regulations.Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a problem-solving mindset.Good command of German and/or Italian, and English (written and spoken).What We OfferThe chance to work on innovative, large-scale international projects.A dynamic and professional work environment.Opportunities for continuous growth and career development.Apply now and join a forward-thinking company driving sustainable waste-to-energy solutions!
