The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with safety and performance standards.This position requires a strong leader capable of managing budgets, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring maintenance and technical activities are completed safely and efficiently.Coordinate and support internal teams and external service providers in line with project schedules and quality objectives.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, internal policies, and regulatory standards.Manage budgets, resources, and work schedules to meet technical and financial targets (KPIs).Conduct team meetings, monitor activity indicators, and prepare performance reports.Promote teamwork, handle conflict resolution, and foster a positive working environment.Contribute to the optimization of maintenance operations and continuous improvement initiatives.Support training and skill development of on-site personnel.Requirements10+ years of experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations.Proven leadership and organizational abilities with strong problem-solving skills.Experience managing budgets and resource allocation in a technical or industrial setting.Sound knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.Experience in staff training, performance evaluation, and team development is a plus.Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.BenefitsDynamic and collaborative work environment.Organization with strong growth potential and development opportunities.Service- and customer-focused company culture.
