Work location: Italy, Lombardy, Mantova Sector: Distributions and Logistics Role: Logistics / Warehousing Date of last update: 19/02/2024 Activities: Print | Tell a friend | Report Job descriptionGruppo Codognotto is seeking a Site ManagerReporting to the Logistics Operations Director, the person will be responsible for: Ensuring the proper flow of materials, from inbound movement to warehouse placement and outbound preparation;Controlling inbound and outbound flows to ensure timely delivery according to shipping requirements;Analyzing all aspects of company logistics to determine the most effective means, processes, and organization for product movement;Managing customer relationships, monitoring service levels, and implementing actions to ensure standards are met;Achieving economic objectives through budget setting and performance monitoring;Defining and implementing continuous improvement activities to reduce costs;Coordinating a team of direct and indirect collaborators;Monitoring labor provider performance through periodic joint reviews of productivity and service levels.Requirements:Degree in technical/scientific fields or equivalent experience;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;Good command of the English language;Excellent problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to manage emergencies;Leadership qualities.The ideal candidate will have at least five years of solid experience in similar organizational contexts.The work location will be Mantova (MN).
