Social network you want to login/join with:Site Manager – Photovoltaic Projects, ascoli picenocol-narrow-leftClient:ThunderSoftLocation:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:851733264951200972833710Job Views:2Posted:24.06.2025Expiry Date:08.08.2025col-wideJob Description:Key Responsibilities- Oversee on-site execution of photovoltaic (PV) projects from technical design review to final grid connection, ensuring progress is aligned with schedule and budget.- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors for key construction activities: PV module installation, inverter commissioning, structure mounting, and cabling.- Monitor daily site activities, enforce HSE standards, and proactively manage technical or logistical issues.- Operate and optimize PV performance monitoring systems (e.g., SolarEdge, SMA, Huawei FusionSolar).- Ensure full compliance with Italian regulations and technical standards (e.g., CEI 0-21, CEI 11-27); assist with GSE and grid connection documentation.- Prepare daily site reports, material take-offs, and execution schedules, and update project managers on on-site progress and risks.-Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a Technical Diploma with equivalent hands-on experience.- Minimum 3 years of site management experience in photovoltaic or EPC projects.- Strong knowledge of PV system components, electrical wiring, single-line diagrams, and performance monitoring platforms.- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, logistics, safety, and on-site coordination.- Familiarity with Italian solar industry regulations and standards (CEI 0-21 / CEI 11-27) is highly preferred.- Fluency in English (Italian fluency is a strong advantage).
