OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our automotive test bench facilities in Mirafiori, Turin. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and/or service providers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical performance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating, planning, and supervising all on-site maintenance activities.Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and internal instructions.Managing site activity plans and budgets to meet both technical (KPIs) and financial targets.Monitoring team performance and driving continuous optimization and profitability.Leading regular meetings, tracking activity indicators, and effectively managing any conflicts or issues.Guaranteeing compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:A proven track record (approximately 10 years) in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations, ideally within the automotive or aeronautical sectors.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a technical team.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource optimization.A customer-focused approach, autonomy, and the capacity to handle conflicts effectively.Experience in technical training and project managementRequired SkillsTeam management and leadershipOrganizational and analytical skillsBudget and resource managementKnowledge of safety and compliance standardsEnglish: Professional working proficiencyIndustry BackgroundAeronautical IndustrySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services
