Our Pianezza plant is part of Valeo’s Light Business Group, responsible for developing and manufacturing lighting products and electronics. As a Site Management Industrial Controller in Valeo Pianezza, you will work with leading carmakers in an international, multicultural environment.
Mission

Control industrial costs, standard & budget, supply‑chain costs, improvement plans, -30 plan, inventories & site investments.
Prepare and analyze reports such as daily and weekly indicators, the monthly green book, budget and medium‑term plan.
Validate financial performance and ensure reliability of financial statements (MAF/IFRS compliance).
Provide management control support for the site.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency and profitability while complying with local laws and Valeo Group standards.
Alert the Financial Controller immediately to any significant risks.
Prepare budgeting, reporting and monthly results analysis for management, monitoring financial performance and KPIs.
Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the site ERP system.
Ensure reliability of site gross margin and expense margins during closing.
Promote, explain and monitor the Internal Control framework within the perimeter, driving improvement plans to mitigate risks.
Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines and groups.
Conduct on‑site management control reviews.
Pre‑validate IAR/CAA.
Coordinate analysis on transfer‑price regulation.
Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance by applying the code of ethics and Valeo policies.
Manage people: support training and career development, create a proactive team and identify high potentials.

Desired Skills And Experience

Economics or Management degree (mandatory).
3 years of similar roles in a multinational industrial context.
Experience audit / controlling, people management, and operational finance in an industrial setting.
Fluent English.
Good SAP knowledge.
Excellent communication, target orientation, decision making, and ability to work under pressure.
