DescriptionOur client is a global outsourcing provider of integrated supply chain services associated with maintenance, repair and overhaul activities in large manufacturing facilities. They partner with leading multinational organisations, providing expert on-site solutions and fostering strong relationships with both clients and suppliers through effective communication and exceptional service.Currently, they are looking for a motivated Site Leads to join their team in Ascoli Piceno, Italy.Job Profile for Site LeadResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Comply with all health and safety requirementsLiaise with engineers and client personnel to support daily operationsAttend weekly KPI meetings and update client reports as requiredConduct monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year staff KPI reviewsUpdate and maintain the daily team huddle, weekly dashboard, monthly report pack, quarterly scorecard, and annual reportManage and support the inventory and warehouse team, ensuring all duties are completed and required reports are updatedDrive contractual customer commitments at the local integrated supply site, including cost-saving initiatives and KPIsSource supplies for clients and prepare quotationsObtain purchase orders from clients to support approved quotationsCreate sales orders in line with client requirementsMatch client purchase orders with sales orders and manage invoice dispatchPlace orders with suppliers and issue purchase order numbersMonitor all open client orders and follow up on delayed itemsInform clients of delays or issues through daily, weekly, and monthly reportingMeet strict deadlines while delivering accurate and timely informationLiaise with the client’s maintenance planners to communicate delays and adjust planned work orders when possibleCandidate Profile for Site LeadMust be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essentialPrevious Pharma experience is an advantageStrong procurement background with excellent administrative skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills and telephone mannerFlexible approach to all areas of the roleExcellent people skills with a focus on building and strengthening the client relationshipA strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and creative skillsAbility to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysisHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientationWhat Our Client Offers25 Days of Annual LeaveBe part of a company at the forefront of scientific innovation, making a real impact on global healthOpportunity to build your career in a dynamic, global company, with room for advancement and professional developmentOpportunity to join a talented team working in a vibrant and friendly atmosphereAlready imagine yourself in this position?
