A Site HSE Specialist
(Health, Safety & Environment) is a professional service that involves the physical presence of a safety technician on site during construction activities.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in construction sites and / or industrial plants, available to work night shifts (5 PM - 3 AM) at a major production site undergoing expansion in Maranello.
Responsibilities

HSE oversight on site during night activities
Verification of compliance with regulations and company procedures
Risk monitoring, audits, inspections, and reporting
Support for contractors and operational staff (over 50 workers on site)
Emergency management and safety awareness activities

Title
Experience in the role on industrial construction sites
Skills
Operational management skills and effective communication, also with foreign workers
Availability for night shifts from MON to SAT (5 PM - 3 AM)
Good knowledge of English for interaction with foreign workers and supervisors of the German parent company
Benefit & Compensation
Competitive remuneration in line with the relevant national labor contract
Possibility of accommodation for out-of-town staff willing to relocate
Direct employment with a fixed-term contract until July 2026, with the possibility to continue working on other projects currently being developed in the Modena area
