Italy Site Acquisition Manager, Lockers by QuadientBased in: Milan, HybridReporting to: Head of SalesYour role in our FutureQuadient Parcel Lockers Division has a number of new career opportunities to join a new team dedicated to finding and securing host locations. You would be helping create a brand-new business, working within an exciting, fast-paced work environment, allowing you to make an immediate impact on our company. We are looking for someone who is positive, creative and above all else, self-starting. You are probably from the parcels or retail industry, highly tech-savvy and you understand the challenges facing the eCommerce industry today. This is a hybrid based role, so you will ideally be near to Milan or elsewhere in Northern Italy with regular visits to the Milan offices. There will be national travel involved.What you will doSearching out for potential parcel locker locations and building strategic relationships with large organisations that are responsible for those spaces – the ‘Hosts’.They might be large retail stores chains (100+), business parks, property management companies, car park operators or other private sector businesses. Equally they may be residential developments, petrol service stations or convenience stores. Or, they might be major public sector bodies such as City or Metropolitan Councils, national transport authorities, railway operators etc. In fact, part of the role will be thinking laterally and identifying other amazing locations where lockers could be of benefit to the online shopping consumer.Checking locations for suitability such as likely footfall, access and parking, ability to connect to services (internet and power) and security and safety.Once a parcel locker location has been identified, reach a commercial agreement with the Host organisation and coordinate with the Quadient Onboarding team and the Quadient installation team to support with an efficient well communicated installation of the Parcel Locker Solution.Negotiating a commercial agreement which might include presenting a contract and negotiating the compensation to the Host for the use of the site – either a per parcel payment or sometimes a rental payment. It may also include securing planning and/or other permissions for the installation.You will be main point of contact for a property management team to ensure they are prepared for the installation of the locker system, have communicated with all appropriate parties and ready to go live once installedResponsible for the successful post onboarding and ongoing relationship with each Location Host company or body for Lockers by QuadientProactively contact property Host teams to ensure everything is functioning properly for all things Lockers by QuadientYou will review usage dashboard data and create reports regularly to feedback the solution successes to Host management teams and support Quadient Managers with communication to C-Suite management teams as and when requiredRecord details and all actions taken for the account within Salesforce CRMCommunicate and coordinate with Quadient internal departmentsFind ways to create efficiency for the Site Acquisition Manager role and implement new processesCreate a great Customer Satisfaction that promotes new leads and work with the Business Development Manager to deliver new opportunities.Perform other duties as required to support the success of Lockers by QuadientYour profileSelf-starter & quick learner with a strong desire to work in high energy environmentAbility to think creatively and operate independentlyAbility to work cohesively in a teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities changeStrong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalitiesAbility to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal formatProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SalesforceSalesforce CRM experience preferableEligible to work in the European Union.
