The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical professional ready to contribute to the energy transition through innovative, data-driven solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Execute trading activities on the Day-Ahead and Intraday power markets, with a specific focus on Italy.* Develop, implement, and maintain automated trading algorithms for physical power assets.* Perform in-depth analysis of market drivers to identify trading opportunities and manage risks.* Collaborate with internal IT and data science teams on forecasting and short-term trading models.* Ensure thorough documentation of all implemented models, trading logics, and operational processes.**Requirements*** University degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, finance, or a related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in day-ahead and intraday power trading.* Solid understanding of European power markets, with a strong focus on the Italian market and dispatching dynamics.* Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, and a results-driven approach.* Proficient in Excel, VBA, **Python** (preferred) and/or Matlab, and SQL.* Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).* Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.**Location**: Milan
