About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious 5‑star hotel in the United Arab Emirates. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain 5‑star service standards.
Manage staffing schedules, performance, and team development.
Monitor and control costs, budgets, and inventory while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with the culinary and F&B management teams to deliver consistent quality and innovation.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Proven experience in restaurant management within a 5‑star hotel or fine dining environment.
Open to strong Assistant Restaurant Managers ready for a step‑up role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of guest service, operations, and financial management.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Shop Manager (Cruise Ship)
As a Shop Manager, you will serve as a role model, responsible for the multiple quality merchandise and shops of the ship. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maximizing sales and exceeding guest expectations.

Secondary school diploma or higher; studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.
B2 spoken level of English; other languages are a plus.
Good communication skills; curious, organized, and determined; experience in people management.
At least 3 years’ experience in retail as Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast‑paced environments.
Resort Manager (Cavriglia)
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Resort Manager located in Cavriglia. The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service.
Manage property staff, budgeting, and hiring.
Maintain high standards for guest experiences.

Manage different outlets with a strong background in F&B operations.
