You\'ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maximizing sales and exceeding guest expectations.ResponsibilitiesYou love creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests, inspiring enthusiasm and excitement around brands and products.You're delighted to be responsible for maintaining an environment of positive relations, leading the team with enthusiasm and inspiring trust.Marketing & Operations: maintain excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards. Oversee high-volume shop operations, aiming to provide excellent experiences to Guests and uphold Company standards consistently.People & Development: guide employee professional development, recommending trainings and updates about the brands, sales and service. Cultivate a supporting work environment and motivate your team to achieve excellent results.Analytics & Reporting: gather information and compile reports, employing a data-driven approach to make decisions aligned with the directives of the Corporate Shop Operations Director.Compliance & Scheduling: maximize opening hours while complying with international customs regulations and onboard activities.Safety & Conduct: promote and uphold safety guidelines and code of conduct; help create a welcoming and secure environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.QualificationsYou have at least a secondary school diploma or higher. Studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.You have a B2 spoken level of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.You have good communication skills, and you are a curious, organized, and determined person with experience in people management.You have at least 3-years\' experience in retail as Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast paced environments.Why CostaWelcome to a world of extraordinary adventures as a Costa Crociere crew member.
