Candidate will work in tight contact with GTE functions, shipping managers and logistic providers, to manage successfully achieve the timing completion of the assigned task. Always with top priority on HSE standard and compliance to Company Values, will have to:Support the shipping manager in managing the transportation for the projectExpedite and speed up the exchange of documentation between parties where needed.Interact with Project shipping team, both in Florence and in USExecute the shipment assigned, follow up with appointed shipping forwarder, update the status to Project Team and Customer if neededqualificheQualifications/Requirements:Applicants should have some experience in a similar role, with preference in complex process and organization.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication skill and ability to work in teamStrong English communication skill both verbal and written is a must.Able to work without supervision to complete the assigned tasks.Desired Characteristics:BS from an accredited college or universityPrevious experience in international transportationStrong organizational skillsProgram/Project Management skillsTime management skillsInterpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence othersLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
