Offer Description
The SHIELD project aims to develop management models and tools for sustainability, transparency, and decarbonization in supply chains and logistics processes, with particular attention to people and organizational well‑being. The research program will focus on the analysis of circular transition strategies, traceability mechanisms, and organizational and digital solutions to reduce emissions along the supply chain. The research fellow will contribute to the project through regular meetings with participating companies, data collection and analysis, research reporting, and administrative documentation, supporting the development of case studies and the formulation of guidelines for companies and policy makers, in close collaboration with the Regional Innovative Network RIVELO.

Eligibility criteria
a) Master’s degree in the economic‑business field [Laurea Magistrale awarded pursuant to Art. 3(1n), Ministerial Decree no. 270 of 22/10/04] achieved no more than six years after the expiry date of this announcement;
b) Possession of a CV suitable for assistance in carrying out research activities;
c) Excellent knowledge of the following foreign language: English.

Selection process
The competition will be carried out by an evaluation of titles and examination by means of an interview.
