Support the organization in the SHE Policy and Management System standard issue;
Take part in accident / incident investigation;
Provide technical support to our RSPP and Leadership team on any safety, health and environmental related subjects;
Update all procedures included in the ISO 45001
Provide SH&E support and advice, including the preparation of DUVRI, plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities;
Collaborate with external parties to prepare audits
Coach and motivate the personnel in terms of Safety and Environment by survey and S&E initiatives;
Ensure all contractors adhere SHE Cisterna Factory's policies &procedures;
Guarantee the SHE compliance according with Italian law, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
Carry out regular site audits and inspection and follow up on any corrective actions;
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Health and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in local law and Corporate guidelines;

This figure reports directly to the SHE Manager.
It is appreciated that our candidate has a continuous improvement approach, good communication with others, problem solving and goal oriented.
Requirements

Master degree in Engineering;
Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems;
RSPP Qualification;
3 or above years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment Management;
Fluent in English;
Problem solving, decision making;
