A strategic and results-driven professional responsible for developing and managing comprehensive software and device gateway training programs for global sales teams, application engineers, and customer engineers. This role leads the design, implementation, and optimization of technical training initiatives that enable teams to effectively sell, deploy, and support software and device gateway solutions across international markets.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement specialized training curriculum tailored for sales teams, application engineers, and customer engineersDevelop technical product training materials focusing on software features, device gateway integrations, and solution architecturesCreate sales enablement programs that enhance the team's ability to communicate technical value propositions and IoT connectivity solutionsLead and mentor a global team of technical trainers across multiple regionsEstablish certification programs to validate technical competencies for different role levelsCoordinate with product management and engineering teams to maintain current technical contentDevelop hands-on labs and practical exercises for device connectivity and integration scenariosCreate assessment tools to measure technical proficiency and sales readinessEnsure training programs address regional market requirements and compliance standardsTrack and report on training effectiveness, completion rates, and impact on business metricsQUALIFICATIONSThis position requires extensive experience in software and device gateway technologies, strong technical training expertise, and demonstrated ability to manage global learning programs.
