The resource will be committed to delivering the expected sales and customer service levels across the region. They will be the primary interface with PL and responsible for driving the achievement of the area/region's financial targets from an execution standpoint.Essential Responsibilities:Be the primary interface with P&L for all operational aspects.Represent the fulfillment function in all related meetings of the assigned area/region (including internal PSI and customer reviews).Collect business/customer needs, set priorities, and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.).Own the sales plan execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitments and scouting sales opportunities to maximize financial results across all inventory organizations and relevant legal entities.Identify and execute material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or increase execution profitability.Own relevant operational KPIs (OTD, OVD, lines, and aging).Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific to the area/region to achieve better operational performance and cost savings.Qualifications/Requirements:Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong communication and influencing skills.Clear thinker with problem-solving skills and a process improvement mindset.Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but other technical degrees are also accepted.Basic knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management.Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas products, including Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, and Reciprocating Compressors, and related production processes is preferred.Desired Characteristics:Knowledge of primary project management tools and ERPs.Ability to drive change.Knowledge of other foreign languages.
