Responsibilities

Support clients in translating customer needs.
Contribute to delivery activities during design, development and maintenance of the platform.
Prioritize workload by ensuring on‑time and on‑budget deliverables.

Education and Skills

Technical degree (may include highly experienced candidates non‑degreed or degreed in an unrelated field).
Professional experience on ServiceNow Platform.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow HR.
