Responsibilities
Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions, using best practices and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructures.
Analyze and optimize business processes, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical consulting on platform improvements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:\
A degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
At least 3 years of proven experience with ServiceNow, with strong knowledge of platform configuration, scripting, and workflows.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM functionalities.
Experience in large-scale implementation projects and complex environments.
Additional Skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical.
