You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance to O&M and troubleshooting, commissioning guidance for new projects;Utilize software or other platforms to analyze wind turbine operational data and enhance operational performance;Respond to technical questions from O&M (including customers), and communicate complex technical issues clearly and accurately to the back office such as GW or GWI;Process FEMS service requests;Assist the quality department in managing and avoiding major technical risks (O&M part), conduct root cause analysis of failures or technical problems;Assist GWI's technical management with information gathering, task execution, and feedback on progress;Conduct internal and external technical training, including case studies, experience sharing, and summarization to improve O&M capabilities;Optimize operation and maintenance manuals and related technical documents.QualificationsEducation: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;Profile: Proactive, motivated, collaborative, open to innovation, capable of working in multicultural teams;Skills: Driving license, Project Technical Engineering/Commissioning Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background;Experience: Minimum 3 years in wind farm construction or O&M, or 3 years in engineering technology department;Strong background in wind turbine O&M knowledge;Languages: English and Chinese, with basic English communication skills.
