Service Specialist – Medtronic
We are seeking a part-time, remote Service Specialist to support our Service & Repair operations and work closely with marketing, sales, and tender office teams. English fluency is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update tools and resources for Service & Repair (S&R, Salesforce, Service Tool)
Prepare offers and manage documentation/contracts using Salesforce Lightning and Classic
Track maintenance schedules and repairs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Seek marketing insights to identify and pursue opportunities for S&R business growth, focusing on increasing attach rates of Service Contracts and promoting service offerings through financial proposals
Use strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations and to create new tools/solutions for sustaining Service Product line
Collaborate closely with the tender office, field sales force, and Western Europe Inside Sales team
Support business operations, including preparation of letters of discontinuation / BO
Keep marketing tools updated and assist with event and congress organization
Required Knowledge and Experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience working with Salesforce (Lightning and Classic), proven experience in Service & Repair operations or product/service support, and prior involvement in cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and the Tender Office
