We are looking for a true change agent with an agile approach who thrives on ideas, collaborates across silos, and helps create an open ecosystem.What you will doThe Service Quality SDA & TV Coordinator collects and follows up on the main claims from markets for SDA products and supports the Global Contact Center to achieve excellence in Call Avoidance.ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYCollaborate with R&D and PL Quality to improve product quality and serviceabilityAttend meeting NPI projectsFollow Failure to Solution process (Early Warnings and not solved issues)Be in contact with Countries for Technical issuesProvide technical support to GCCTrain GCC for Call Avoidance and NPIDevelop Knowledge Base for GCCIdentify opportunities to improve Call avoidanceAnalyse Technical Pex to identify actions to reduce itOrganize Technical Training material for the SQ teamWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation: Technical Diploma, Bachelor/Master Degree is a plusProfessional Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in TVLanguages: Italian & EnglishCompetences & Skills:TV Technical BackgroundGood at dealing with people and following upVery good in English and Italian (Chinese could be a plus)Excellent organizational and time-management abilitiesWorking knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)#LI-MV1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
