YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform technical analysis to resolve problems and provide solutions to our customers and Field Service Technicians
Support the analysis of repetitive issues and determine their root causes and identifying appropriate solutions
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring the reliable operation of charging stations
Identify upgrades and modifications to charging stations as needed, ensuring compliance with standards and performance requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or related field.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrotechnical and grid-related issues, with a solid understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, grid compliance, and load management.
Experience with DC fast charging technology and high-voltage systems.
Knowledge of electric grid compliance, load management, and energy distribution
Structured approach to work, solution oriented
Customer focus mindset
Fluent in English
