Introduction
Kaak Ovens & Proofers is an ever-expanding company, and we are looking for a figure to be included as a Service Automation Engineer in our Service Department team. You will report directly to the Head of After Sales.
Job responsibilities

Manage electrical systems, including power, communications, and data.
Test automated systems using PLC and HMI programs.
Test, implement and manage the automation systems of the products made by the company on the hardware and software side.
Maintenance and updating of control systems.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment and processes.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve software / hardware problems.
Support the Commissioning team in starting the machines.
Solve any problems related to automated processes, intervening in time, to restore the operation of the plants.
Support customers who require assistance by phone and remote control.
Collaborate with other business functions for the development of new projects or required service activities.

Job requirements

Diploma or technical qualification
Proven experience of at least 3 years with the following PLC and HMI programming systems
Siemens technology : Tia Portal + Simatic Manager
Allen Bradley / Rockwell Technology : Factory Talk, Studio 5000
SEW technology : Movitools (Movitrac type B), Movisuite (Movitrac type C), Movidrive, MoviPLC (servo)
Programming languages : SCL, KOP / LADDER, AWL
Good English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Able to travel for short trips in Italy and abroad as needed.
