Job DescriptionJoin Electrolux Professional Group - asSERVICE AREA MANAGERAbout The JobIn this role you will have the responsibility to increase the sales turnover for EPR after sales products (consumables, spares, accessories) and maintenance contracts within the assigned geographical area, providing an excellent costumer experience, creating unity, added value and strive for identifying new business opportunities, proposing new maintenance activities. Liaising with local distributors, colleagues and customers with spare parts, consumables and maintenance contract packages necessary to deliver a high-class service that will fortify the Electrolux Professional Brand. You will report operationally to the After Sales Director of the Italian Sales organization.ResponsibilitiesABOUT YOUR TASKSFor the assigned area, as Service Area Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:Manage the external After-Sales Service network; (i.e. Assess Warranty, manage Goodwill, oversee Service Reworks completion)Ensure deliveries of targeted service level KPIs;Increasing profitable sales of customer service portfolio through strong customer interface, actively seeking to up-sell customers to higher value solutions;Co-operate with service stations managers to map and manage sales opportunities and reach targeted NPS score;Support staff related areas in managing the stations together with station managers (i.e. competence development, reward and recognition etc.);Promotion of Essentia and its values to internal colleagues and customers;Develop and improve processes and way of working;Coach station managers to meet local needs (i.e. training needs);Coming up with action plans and executing them to correct underperformance;Expand business agreements in collaborations with country manager, sales colleagues and the local distributors portfolio/network;Support other areas in managing the relationship with the dealers;Promotion of the Electrolux Professional Customer Service brand and its values to internal colleagues and customers;Service Market analysis of the Installed Base to determine potential growth opportunities;Development of a segmented, local sales plan to target higher potential areas for Customer Service sales growth;Capable of demonstration technical knowledge of past and present products to assist customers and support for the resolution of technical problemsQualificationsABOUT YOUDegree or solid experience in relevant fields (Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering preferably)5 years’ experience in managing Service organisation;Customer Service Sales experience;Hospitality Business knowledge;Industry product knowledge;Experience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred;Experience in developing a Sales Plan based on market analysis activity;Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM software toolsFluent Italian is mandatory, good English will be considered a plusProfessional and competent;Customer focus;Pro-active approach;Ability to handle many contacts;Analytical and structured approach;Ability to handle many simultaneous tasks;High ability to prioritize;Driver in continuous improvement;Facilitate cross-collaboration between different department;Ambitious and target oriented;Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload;Team player;Adaptable, able to face changes with positive attitude;Persuasive and influencing; capable negotiator;Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results;Time driven, excellent coordination and communication, reactivity;Ready to withstand the pressure and responsibility;Project planning and controlling skills;Analytical skills;Advanced presentation skills;Willing to travel up to 50%Required CompetencesCustomer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and externalTrustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
