About the Role
As a Senior Technology Product Manager you will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for the cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct in‑depth market and user research to inform product features.
Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions and stakeholder feedback.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risk, and technical concepts.
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
Define and document product requirements and specifications, including user guides, API specifications, and release notes.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver value incrementally.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and transparency.

Skills Required

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions.
Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience.
Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Team player attitude, enthusiasm, proactivity, and autonomy.
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
