Job Opportunity: Senior Incoming Goods and Supplier Quality Specialist
Company Overview: Taco Italia, part of an American industrial group, specializes in high-volume production of circulation pumps for heating and cooling sectors, serving both OEM and distribution markets. Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Role Summary: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Senior Incoming Goods and Supplier Quality Specialist will coordinate incoming quality control and supplier quality assurance, managing control plans and non-conformities according to company standards and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:

Define, in agreement with the Quality Manager, the organization and methodology for Supplier Quality Control to ensure quality levels and monitor progress.
Manage supplier non-conformities and related reports following quality management system procedures, including documentation.
Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions, verifying their effectiveness.
Support internal teams to improve products and processes proactively.
Prepare quality reports, monitor indicators, and promote actions to achieve quality objectives.
Coordinate PPAP levels for supplier samples, managing the process through to approval.
Supervise and, when necessary, perform inspections of incoming goods (including on 3D DEA machines) to verify conformity to specifications.
Develop vendor ratings and conduct supplier audits as required.

Candidate Profile:

At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, technical diploma, good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
Excellent command of the English language.
Certification as Auditor I and II degree or AITF.
Willingness to travel (10-15%).
Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
Teamwork attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include Green Belt Six Sigma certification, experience with 3D dimensional control machines, Power BI, and Quarta EVO software.
