Descrizione Lavoro
Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, IgniteTech (Remote) – $100,000/year USD
Join IgniteTech, a global leader in enterprise software, and work remotely on cutting‑edge AI‑powered QA solutions that accelerate product launches and reduce defect rates.
This role offers a base rate of $50.00/hr, which equates to roughly $100,000 per year (40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). Compensation is paid weekly.
The software industry still faces lengthy release cycles and high defect volumes because of legacy testing approaches. Industry data shows that over 60 % of defects surface after release, costing the global software market more than $2 trillion each year. IgniteTech is transforming QA by embedding generative AI throughout the lifecycle, generating sophisticated test scenarios, and proactively identifying risk patterns.
We're looking for a QA engineer who embraces an AI‑first mindset and can design and improve the next generation of test automation architectures—beyond traditional manual or scripted testing.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and sustain AI‑powered test automation architectures that produce test cases, scripts, and curated datasets for thorough validation.
Leverage generative AI platforms to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
Model user interactions, load scenarios, and boundary conditions to reveal potential defects before end‑user exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Apply AI and automation platforms to enable accelerated product launches and reduced defect rates.
Basic Requirements
AI‑First Mindset: Prioritize AI tools to design and enhance code rather than applying AI after code completion.
At least 2 years of experience in a QA automation role.
Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Professional experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
