OverviewSenior Software Developer – Rome (hybrid)60,000-€70,000Italian & English SpeakingI'm currently working with a growing Telecoms business in Rome who are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join their growing team on a hybrid basis.They have been going for over 25 years and set the standard for the implementation of security and telecoms projects for their 500+ client portfolio! They have 2 strands to their business – 1 being more the project management side, the core products they help implement and the other being the Engineering & Tech side which is where this role comes in.They are looking for a Senior Engineer with varied skills in developing API-first architecture, optimizing UI systems, implementing SaaS products and being familiar with Cloud based systems. You will be joining a growing team who are naturally growing with their continued success and onboarding of new projects.Tech StackPHP, Laravel, Node, Express, NestJSJavaScript, Typescript, VueAWS or GCP, Rest APIs, PostgreSQLPrometheus, CI / CD, Network ProgrammingRole ResponsibilitiesBackend : Have at least 2-3 years as a Developer specialising in PHP / Node.Frontend : Have at least 12-18m experience with JavaScript, Typescript or Vue.Cloud : Confident working in a Cloud environment ideally with AWS or GCP.Network Programming – not essential : Ideally have worked in Telecoms or with NP.Self-starter and confident picking up various tasks.Desire to learn new technologies and keep pushing their skillset.Happy in a client facing role with good stakeholder management skills.Ideally have the ambitions (or experience) to lead / mentor teams in the future.Comfortable supporting the wider team and other developers.Have good Italian & English language skills.Salary€60,000-€70,000OfficeTwice a week in Rome based office.BenefitsBonus, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Private MedicalIf this sounds of interest, please apply and I can give you a call.Tim StockJ-18808-Ljbffr
