Key Responsibilities

Contribute to backend API development and implement new services.
Prototype, test, deploy, and maintain new backend functionalities.
Enhance web-based products with high-performance APIs.
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate algorithms and new components.
Participate in product discussions and decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
5+ years of experience with Java (Java 8+) and/or Spring in developing scalable, high-performance components.
3+ years of experience working with databases.
Proven experience in REST API integration.
Familiarity with low-latency distributed systems.
Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
Knowledge of Apache Kafka and distributed system communication.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Familiarity with Reactive programming.
Experience with Python.
Previous experience in betting, gaming, or sports analytics industry.
