In this role, you will be writing efficient and extensible code implementing state-of-the-art architecture. You will be working in a scrum team of diverse engineers, developers and product owner located around the world to build a web-based product configurator and thermal calculation tool.KEY RESPONSIBLITIESDiscuss new requirements and provide direction and guidelines for specification development and related documentationEstablish a detailed program specification through discussion with Sw architects and DevelopersLead design verification testing phase as proof of conceptWork as part of a team in a global, multicultural environment.Review existing solutions, identify deficiencies in design, and implement fixesFollow industry standard best practices and design principles to build a maintainable and scalable code baseConduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standardsProvide support to users and internal customersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS : (Education, Experience, and Skills required to do a satisfactory job)Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture5+ years of experience in designing and developing .Net C#, SQL, Angular 2+Demonstrated deep understanding and proficiency with data modeling, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture, Unit Testing and .Net core framework through extensive work experienceExtensive experience in analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and overseeing plans to improve themHands-on experience in building scalable applications with patterns such as Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, or Command-QueryPractical knowledge of strategies for software performance optimization, security, scalability, and extensibilityExperience with CI / CD including Git and Azure DevOpsExperience working with Agile development methodologies and practicesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and a responsible team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearlyDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :Master’s DegreeExperience in HTML / CSSExperience with C# .NETExperience with SQLExperience with Angular 2+Knowledge of HVAC products is considered a plusIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS : Safety.
