ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms and develop digital communication processes and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, support lead generation, enhance online engagement, and generate measurable results. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands‑on expertise in content creation, analytics, and community management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the company’s social media strategies in alignment with business and communication objectives to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn (both corporate and executive channels) and various social media platforms ensuring consistency with the brand tone of voice
Write, proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Coordinate the creation of multimedia content (photos, images, graphics, videos, reels, stories, animation, interactive media, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and execute editorial calendars and content campaigns
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing posts, and community management
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, followers’ growth, etc.) using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement
Develop social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimization
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in digital marketing
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Product Marketing) and executives to ensure brand consistency and integrated communication across all social media channels
Ensure online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent and proven work experience in the field
At least 3/5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in multinational organizations or agencies
Proven ability to manage social media strategies and community engagement for B2B audiences
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and management and analytics tools (e.g., Planable, Hootsuite, Google Analytics or similar)
Analytical mindset and ability to read and interpret social media metrics
Creativity, copywriting skills, and attention to visual storytelling
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
NICE TO HAVE
Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
Familiarity with AI tools for social media, content generation, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, LatelyAI, Jasper, Canva AI)
Basic knowledge of WordPress and SEO / SEM
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Experience in employer branding or corporate communication projects
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Limited physical demand may be needed. Physical demands will involve standing, walking, and occasionally moving or lifting material.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, with business core hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. As an exempt employee, you will be required to work additional hours to support business demands.
TRAVEL
Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
