Come join the team as a Security Solutions Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS) ASEAN team. In this role, you will deliver architecture guidance, lead proof‑of‑concept projects, conduct customer workshops, and drive collaboration with customers and partners to address security and compliance challenges.
Your broad responsibilities will include owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, working cross‑organizationally to facilitate widespread use and adoption of the AWS platform, and developing a deep expertise in the AWS security technologies as well as broad know‑how around how applications and services are securely constructed using the AWS platform.
The ideal candidate will possess customer‑facing skills that allow them to represent AWS well within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade‑offs, best practices, and risk mitigation. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technology challenges.
Key job responsibilities

Security Compliance experience – must have strong experience and understanding of customer security/compliance requirements.
Speaking and presentation skills – presentations, whiteboard, large and small group speaking.
Technical – broad and deep knowledge of fundamental security principles and technologies, security services development/deployment experience, and IT systems and network engineering experience.
Operational Security – experience in operationalizing both infrastructure and application security controls.
Economic and business – RFP/Acquisition support; market analysis; cost benefit analysis, etc.
Experience in engaging enterprise class environment and complex architecture designs.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g. SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private.
Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI, and data & analytics.
