Department: Accounting & Internal ControlWork Model: HybridFull-Time/Part-Time: Full TimeContract Type: PermanentAs a Senior SAP Group Reporting Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solution to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation and reporting across all legal entities. You will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and external auditors, and act as the subject matter expert for all group consolidation activities.In this role your main accountabilities will be: Lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Group ReportingProvide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group ReportingEnsure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end group consolidationsCollaborate with Finance and IT to enhance reporting processes, data quality, and system automationTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.Maintain the Group Chart of Accounts and ensure alignment with local charts and business structuresSupport intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation of investments, and ownership managementServe as a key liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives in the consolidation process and financial systemsProvide training and support to finance teams globallyStay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting trends and technologiesTo make the above work, we are looking for a senior professional who has a strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or local GAAP consolidation requirements. Other essential requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in financial consolidation, including at least 2 years with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (or SAP BPC/SAP SEM)Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (Group Reporting module, ACDOCA, FS Items)Proven experience in managing complex consolidation structures across multiple legal entities and currenciesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSAP Group Reporting or CFA certification is a mustAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualificationExperience with Central Finance, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), or other financial reporting toolsExposure to multinational corporate environments and matrix organizationsWhat’s in it for you?Work with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
