Job Description
This is an important role in which you will drive sales activities across our Oil & Gas end market working with instrumentation solutions for leading product opportunities. You will take ownership of identifying market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and drive sales growth—potentially through channel partners.
Report to the Sales Manager (Oil & Gas). You will conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans to expand the instrumentation portfolio, and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the proper follow-up of opportunities by liaising with key stakeholders like OEMs, EPCs, traders, and distributors. You will also ensure the best customer service to all customers and ultimately be capable of influencing key decision makers to increase the winning chance for Rotork.
The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate in a matrix organization, take a proactive approach to dynamic issues, and be a good team player. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, prepare and manage visit plans, sales forecasts, and regular reporting (CRM, Excel, etc.). Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager O&G to align strategy and targets, ensure consistent pipeline development and achievement of sales objectives.
Responsibilities

Identify market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and drive sales growth (potentially through channel partners).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities; develop and execute plans to expand the instrumentation portfolio.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
Ensure proper follow-up of opportunities by liaising with OEMs, EPCs, traders, and distributors.
Provide best-in-class customer service to all customers and influence key decision makers to increase winning chances for Rotork.
Collaborate in a matrix organization and maintain a proactive approach to dynamic issues; work as a strong team player.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of instrumentation products mainly covering O&G end market
Engineering degree
Strong existing business relations with customers in target industries at a senior management level
Familiar with techniques required to coordinate sale of products and services on capital projects as well as to resellers and end-users
Strong experience in sales management covering instrumentation
Market knowledge with experience and/or key relationships to generate business opportunities
Fluent English

Deliver high-quality, relationship-building sales efforts with the aim to build loyalty with customers, resulting in increased revenue and company profitability
Identify, create and execute high level marketing and business development activities to best position Rotork products and services
Map accounts to determine the core of the buying decision and work with allies to ensure Rotork messages are delivered in line with company objectives
Develop strong business relationships with key decision makers
Hold a Full Valid Driving License
