You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.Business & Client ManagementPartner with management team to strategically achieve sales targetsStrive to always increase brand and product knowledgeMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needsTake action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categoriesEmbrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staffBuild strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communicationEnsure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectationsAct as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clienteleDeliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyaltyDrive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale serviceCRM activitiesCapture customer data all the timeProactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customersParticipate in the organization of In-store and Promotional eventsImplement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clientsOperationsEnsure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and proceduresEnsure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-upYOU’LL NEED TO HAVE2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferredCreative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detailWE’D LOVE TO SEEHigh level of knowing trendsAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive resultsWell connected with a strong ability to engageElevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for salesA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-taskingStrong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community and understands the needs and changes of the marketAbility to work in a teamAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
