Responsibilities
To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
To maximize sales for the store.
To develop enduring relationships with clients.
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests.
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy.
To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
To handle returns of merchandise.
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard.
To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store.
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
Candidate & Qualifications
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated.
Retail or service industry experience.
Great customer service and people skills.
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues.
Good standard of numeracy and problem solving.
Ability to work towards goals.
Strong organizational skills.
Dynamic and creative.
