This role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. A current TS/SCI clearance is required.ResponsibilitiesDeliver formal Initial Qualification Training (IQT) to personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.Design and update course materials, develop immersive training exercises, and ensure curriculum reflects the latest technologies, systems, and tools.Lead pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing to assess readiness and retention.Train on advanced ISR topics including RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities and Threats, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and key Air Force mission sets such as ISR, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
