Food and Beverage Management OpportunitiesWe are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.About the Role :The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, managing food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing training to staff, and maintaining high standards in F&B operations.Key Responsibilities :Manage restaurant and bar operations, including food preparation, service, and customer relationsDevelop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experienceMaintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food handling and preparationTrain and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectivelyMonitor and control costs, including inventory management and budgetingQualifications and Skills :To be successful in this role, you will need :A degree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldProven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort settingExcellent communication and leadership skillsAble to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with hospitality industry software and systems
