Job Description
Our Quality Assurance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our quality management system, creating standards, and ensuring product conformity as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Manage non-conformities identified internally or by customers and support other departments in analyzing market received non-conformities.
Manage supplier non-conformities and prepare test plans, manufacturing plans, and control plans.
Perform methodical analysis to identify root causes of problems.
Manage and calibrate measurement tools.
Acquire customer specifications from purchase agreements.
Participate actively in client audits, certifications, and internal audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of previous experience, preferably in quality assurance and production environments.
Certificate IWT - IWE or equivalent, appreciated.
Degree in engineering, chemistry, or materials science, or similar; experience in industrial settings is appreciated.
