Take the lead on high-value energy projects at U.S. military bases and elevate your project management career to the next level.
With full ownership of on-site execution, you’ll shape how cutting-edge energy solutions are delivered, including solar and storage microgrid components. This is your chance to build deep expertise in federal energy performance contracts while managing projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.

What you’ll do

Lead on‑site execution of $50M+ ESPC projects at U.S. military bases.
Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning.
Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA / QC standards.
Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal military projects.
Proven track record in managing energy service performance contracts (ESPCs), ideally involving advanced energy solutions like solar or microgrids.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large teams and drive projects to successful completion.
