This is your opportunity to lead meaningful projects at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and fan engagement.ResponsibilitiesDELIVER – Driving integrated teams to deliver solid technology solutions in support of key client initiativesLead cross-functional teams to execute complex digital product builds across web, mobile, and emerging platformsEnsure alignment between client objectives, delivery execution, and user experience excellenceTranslate client business objectives into measurable delivery outcomes and ensure project success contributes to account and portfolio strategyOUTCOMES – Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectivesFacilitate sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and ongoing delivery optimizationsChampion continuous improvement across all phases of deliveryLead post-launch reviews to measure operational stability and feeding learnings back into Project, Product and Account roadmapsTRACK – Manage and track team velocity, financials (Project P&L) and KPIs in relation to the project plan and expected deliverablesCreate and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and reporting documentationOversee project performance metrics across delivery speed, scope, quality, and costManage project financials, including forecasting and monitoring against actualsProtect project margins through disciplined change control and commercial awarenessCOMMUNICATE – Continuously evaluate, communicate, and escalate project status, risks and issues to upper management and external partnersServe as the central communication hub across internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and clientsProvide clear, timely updates through regular reporting, standups, and client-facing reviewsMaintain dependency plans between sprints, infrastructure, and third-party integrationsNavigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, balancing technical trade-offs and client prioritiesLEAD – Ensure deliverables are high quality and clearly documented; conduct daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint and ensure the team is continuously learning from the pastPromote agile best practices and foster a high-performance, collaborative team cultureEnsure all project artefacts (RACI Matrix, RAID Log, Change Requests, Comms Plans) are kept current and accessibleMentor and coach junior project team members and coordinators, fostering a culture of delivery excellenceRELATIONSHIPS – Manage high-level client relationships, looking for opportunities to up/cross-sell Deltatre’s products and services through effective account and relationship managementBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsorsIdentify opportunities to deepen client engagement and introduce relevant Deltatre servicesDrive an exceptional client experience from onboarding through to supportPROCESS – Assisting with effort and cost estimates for professional services engagements, RFIs and the generation of Statements of Work (SOW)Contribute to pre-sales and scoping efforts, including resource planning and contract developmentSupport legal and contractual reviews related to project deliveryEstablish governance cadences, steering committees, and milestone gates to ensure project alignment with business strategyRequisiti:Proven Project Leadership – Minimum of 3 years\' experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects lasting up to 12 months and managing budgets exceeding $500,000Agile Delivery Expertise – Hands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development teams and deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within scope—ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced delivery environmentStrategic and Commercial Experience – Proven ability to align delivery outcomes with client business goals and manage change control, risk, and profitability effectivelyTechnical & Business Acumen – Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to bridge business goals and engineering realities to drive product successToolset Proficiency – Comfortable using the Atlassian suite, especially JIRA and Confluence, to manage workflows, documentation, and sprint tracking (experience preferred)Exceptional Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences, from engineering teams to senior stakeholdersGlobal Perspective – Prior experience working in an international or distributed organization and collaborating across time zones and cultures;
